What we collect

When you join the Android waitlist, we keep your email address and the language you were reading the page in.

The site uses two cookies to keep the form secure: a session cookie and a security token. It never uses advertising cookies.

Like most websites, our server may briefly log your IP address to keep the site running and secure.

We count, per day, how many visitors light the candle at the entrance or enter without lighting it. These are totals only; nothing about you is stored with them.

Why we collect it

To email you once when Sindi is available on Android. We do not use your email for anything else, and we never sell or share it.

How long we keep it

Until we send that email, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you can ask to see, correct, or delete your data. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the National Privacy Commission.

Google Analytics, if you allow it

If you choose “Allow”, we use Google Analytics to see which pages and sections are viewed, which buttons are clicked, and what is done on the prayer wall: a candle lit, a petition placed (with its intention and whether it is signed, anonymous or private), a sign-in and how. It never receives what you write, your name, your email or anything else that says who you are. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and processes your IP address, and Google may handle this data outside the Philippines. Its advertising features are turned off.

If you choose “No thanks”, Google Analytics is never loaded. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.
